How often do I need my cleaning done?

That really depends on you and your family's needs. Typically a cleaning service is done on a bi-weekly basis. If you have children; you may consider a weekly cleaning. Younger children are more prone to and susceptible to respiratory issues related to common household cleaners. Our weekly service during the initial ninety days will help clean off the toxins that are currently present in the home and our continued service provides the reinforced cleaning needed to remove the chemical residues from your home's surfaces.

Do I have to buy your cleaning products?

Remember that most cleaning companies will require you to purchase your own cleaning supplies, including towels, mops, cloths, spray bottles, etc. for them to use in your home.

We are different than other cleaning services, because we bring in everything we need to clean your home the right way and leave it fresh for you.. You are not required to purchase cleaning products from Green Lady Cleaning. However, as you become familiar with the feeling of clean that Green Lady Cleaning brings into your home, you may certainly wish to purchase some products to maintain your home between our visits. Just ask us. We will be happy to direct you to the information.

Will you use my products for my home cleaning?

Unless the products you use are considered "green" and we can pull up the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to show that there are no harmful chemicals or inhalants in them, we cannot use them.

In fact, we recommend that our customers allow us to take them out of the home. We will offer to properly dispose of them at no additional charge to you. After all, this is the reason you contacted us.

How do you price the service?

The Green Lady Cleaning price will depend on the size of the home, which is typically gauged by square footage. It is also dependent on the type of work we will be doing. We can do the baseboards and inside the cabinets, clean the inside of the refrigerator and do practically anything that needs to be cleaned. Based on our years of experience, we will be able to gage very accurately how much time it will take us to do the job you request.

Are the cleaning products safe?

Absolutely! The main reason that we started doing business was to create an environment for families and businesses to breathe air the way it was meant to be; free of toxic chemicals and volatile compounds that are harmful. We ensure that every product we use is 100% safe for you, your children and your pets.

Do I have to leave my home while you clean?

Most of our clients provide us a key, entry code or garage door code to get into the home and are not typically there while we clean. However, you are always welcome to stay and witness the magic.

How long will it take?

First, we want to respect your time. Each home or businesses will be different. However, typical cleaning for a 2500 sq. ft. home or office will take about three hours. And it may take longer depending on the additional a la carte items you ask us to do. When we come to do the proposal, we will give you a general idea on the amount of time we will need to finish the work. Our goal is to be thorough, detail oriented and to ensure your satisfaction each and every time we visit.

How many people will be on your crew?

It really depends on the size and scope of the job. Typically we will have no less than two people on a cleaning job at any given time. We do this to ensure a thorough cleaning is done each visit and to ensure the safety of our team members.

Are you bonded?

Green Lady Cleaning employees are insured not only with a General Liability but also Workers Compensation insurance coverage. This protects all of our customers with the highest insurance standards possible. For our client safety and peace of mind, we drug screen and do criminal background checks on all of our staff members before they enter anyone's home or business. Your home or office is safe and secure with Green Lady Cleaning.

"Bonding" is a common term used for service industry companies. We do have a Surety Bond and can provide a copy of this document or any of our other common insurance documents at your request.

How Do I Pay You?

Green Lady Cleaning, LLC takes pride in offering PayPal service to those customers that wish to use any major credit card. There is a small $3.00 convenience fee added to all transactions. Of course we will accept personal checks at the time of cleaning. Our commercial clients are billed monthly with terms to meet your business needs. And as always, we still accept cash as payment.
